Thank you for choosing Pisma Nezabudki. Each letter is carefully prepared and personalized before being sent to your child. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Processing Time

All letters are personalized and printed to order.

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after purchase.

  • Subscription renewals are processed automatically according to your billing cycle.

  • During peak seasons (holidays, back-to-school, etc.), processing may take up to 7 business days.

Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

2. Shipping Within the United States

We currently ship within the United States.

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Shipping method: USPS First-Class Mail (or equivalent).

  • Tracking: Tracking may not be available for standard letter mail.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on USPS operations and local conditions.

3. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Pisma Nezabudki is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Orders marked as delivered by USPS

  • Lost mail due to incorrect address entry

4. Lost or Delayed Mail

If your letter has not arrived within:

  • 10 business days (U.S.)

While we cannot guarantee postal delivery times, we are committed to helping resolve any issues.

5. Subscription Shipping

For subscription orders:

  • Letters are mailed according to the selected delivery schedule.

  • Billing occurs automatically based on your subscription plan.

  • No action is required unless you wish to pause or cancel.

You may manage your subscription through your customer account or by contacting us.
